Statement Regarding COVID-19
Our top priority is to keep our patients, staff and community safe. We continue to actively plan, prepare and take action to prevent the spread of illness. Safety is our number one goal. Please take time to stay up to date on the most recent information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) www.cdc.gov/COVID19 or Nebraska DHHS www.dhhs.ne.gov/Coronavirus. Telehealth is available for many. Please inquire if needed or interested.
Have an upcoming appointment?
If you or anyone in your household has any of the following, we kindly ask that you call to reschedule your appointment and contact your primary care physician immediately.
Contact with someone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
When you arrive at your appointment, the city of Omaha currently mandates that you wear a mask in the lobby and public spaces. If you can maintain at least 6 feet of distance with your care provider, you might be given the option of removing your mask during your session. Please discuss with your provider if you have concerns. To protect the health of our community, we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests or children to your appointment if possible.
When scheduling an appointment:
You may be asked if you have been in contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 and if anyone in your household has fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Focus C3 continues to follow the latest guidance from the CDC and Nebraska DHHS to ensure the best and safest care. As always, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 402-933-4411 if you have any questions.
Telehealth option
Focus C3 offers the option of Telehealth (online video) for most clients. Discuss with your counselor/therapist if that option would be right you. Focus C3 will provide you with a login that will allow you to be able to have services through this option. However, payment is not guaranteed by your insurance provider. There are various factors that will impact if payment will be made during this period of time.
